The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Marin Lipets left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vivant fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Absoliut's Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that A.J. 关平 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Agatas Didžiulis made a great header on Absoliut's corner, it was just that Vivant's A.J. 关平 managed to reach the ball for a save. Robertas Sabaitis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Youri Van Der Talen in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Vivant got a corner. Absoliut's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Youri Van Der Talen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Clemente Cisneros made a great header on Vivant's corner, it was just that Absoliut's Robertas Sabaitis managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 22nd minute, Vivant's Clemente Cisneros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robertas Sabaitis. Robertas Sabaitis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Robertas Sabaitis made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Hilário Bento sent off a good shot on target. Robertas Sabaitis was a little too slow when Hilário Bento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 3-0. Absoliut's attentive Agnius Pocius managed to snatch the ball when Ştefan Iovan made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. Robertas Sabaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilário Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A.J. 关平 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Absoliut booed when Vivant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigore Vrednic didn't get a good kick on the ball. A.J. 关平 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naglis Guzas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu in the 42nd minute of play forced Vivant's goalkeeper A.J. 关平 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Hilário Bento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vivant's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Absoliut the free kick. Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu scored 3-1 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of A.J. 关平, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Absoliut's Robertas Sabaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larry Hallam in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck A.J. 关平 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 73 minutes, Marin Lipets made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Absoliut's Robertas Sabaitis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the game, Absoliut's Mustafa Hakan Tosunoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th minute Algitas Girkantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but A.J. 关平 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Marin Lipets left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vivant fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-3. Vivant's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
