Thor Browald kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Irmantas Želvys kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saúl Gentiletti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vilmantas Matulas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benas Čepas in the 9th minute of play. After 11 played minutes FC Žalia Giria got a freekick which was hit by Ramūnas Lipskis. 14 minutes into the game, Saúl Gentiletti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Žalia Giria's Saúl Gentiletti. But to his dismay, Saúl Gentiletti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hikmet Lebib hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind BigBalls's goalkeeper Rūtenis Vaičiūnas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saúl Gentiletti in the 25th minute of play forced BigBalls's goalkeeper Rūtenis Vaičiūnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, BigBalls's Irmantas Želvys got a free kick in the 27th minute. BigBalls's attentive Henrikas Batavičius managed to snatch the ball when Vytautas Petkus made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the game, FC Žalia Giria's Saúl Gentiletti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saúl Gentiletti went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saúl Gentiletti in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rūtenis Vaičiūnas saved BigBalls from getting behind. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Saúl Gentiletti sped through BigBalls's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rūtenis Vaičiūnas. When FC Žalia Giria's Saúl Gentiletti in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BigBalls's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half FC Žalia Giria were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Nerijus Urniežius made the kick off in the second half. BigBalls's Rūtenis Vaičiūnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saúl Gentiletti in the 59th minute of play. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saúl Gentiletti in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of BigBalls booed when FC Žalia Giria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saúl Gentiletti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vilmantas Matulas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nerijus Urniežius in the 66th minute of play. Saúl Gentiletti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augustinas Baltramaitis got free with Rūtenis Vaičiūnas in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Irmantas Želvys hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. BigBalls's Rūtenis Vaičiūnas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save BigBalls from getting a goal against them. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Grealish, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Žalia Giria's Jack Grealish slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rūtenis Vaičiūnas. That made the score 0-8 after 83 minutes of play. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Algitas Kimbartas in the 87th minute. Jack Grealish came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rūtenis Vaičiūnas could save by the left post. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramūnas Lipskis in the 92nd minute of the match. BigBalls's Rūtenis Vaičiūnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algitas Kimbartas in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the game, FC Žalia Giria's Jack Grealish nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rūtenis Vaičiūnas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. FC Žalia Giria played a much better game than BigBalls and deserved their victory. The BigBalls players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
