Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) After 5 played minutes Templars FC got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Turri. Márk Kovács fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Bürzle having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Márk Kovács notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Liechtenstein City's Florian Bürzle. Florian Bürzle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Márk Kovács took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florian Bürzle. Florian Bürzle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Jonathan Sammut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Florian Bürzle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Templars FC's Jonathan Sammut sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florian Bürzle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Florian Bürzle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Sammut, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Márk Kovács had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florian Bürzle. Liechtenstein City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Márk Kovács was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 28th minute, Márk Kovács left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Templars FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Florian Bürzle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márk Kovács, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Jonathan Sammut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florian Bürzle. Liechtenstein City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Sammut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 36th minute, Jonathan Sammut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florian Bürzle came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Templars FC's Márk Kovács. But to his dismay, Márk Kovács quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After a rather tough play, Liechtenstein City's Seyhan Brunner got a free kick in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Márk Kovács to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márk Kovács in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florian Bürzle saved Liechtenstein City from getting behind. 55 minutes into the game, Márk Kovács recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Florian Bürzle. Márk Kovács showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márk Kovács in the 63rd minute of play forced Liechtenstein City's goalkeeper Florian Bürzle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Templars FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Staffan Apelqvist in the 66th minute. Márk Kovács recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Márk Kovács sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Márk Kovács reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Florian Bürzle. The goal made the score 0-11. If Márk Kovács had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Florian Bürzle stood somewhat misplaced when Márk Kovács came free in front of goal and shot 0-13 to the left of him in the 87 minute. Márk Kovács received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florian Bürzle came out and tried to block the shot, but Márk Kovács slotted it home off the left post making it 0-14 in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Templars FC's Márk Kovács nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florian Bürzle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-15. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Joaquin Phoenix managed to get in a good position for a shot. Templars FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquin Phoenix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florian Bürzle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 97 minutes into the game, Márk Kovács lined in a short shot 0-16 behind a frustrated Florian Bürzle. Templars FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
