Tomas Danilevičius was slow to take the kick. During this time FK Mintis Vilnius's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Eugenijus Gureckas managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Drini Kapaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Danilevičius in the 15th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, İsrafil Yağız took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Drini Kapaj to make any attempt to save it. When Vlash Xhaferri fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mali i Thatë FC's protests and gave Vlash Xhaferri a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Vlash Xhaferri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Drini Kapaj was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Arūnas Pukelis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arūnas Pukelis really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. With a little luck, Mali i Thatë FC's Drini Kapaj got control of the ball when Amado Guterres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Pedro Cardozo in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Kemal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mali i Thatë FC's Drini Kapaj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Mali i Thatë FC from getting a goal against them. In the 44th match minute, FK Mintis Vilnius was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kęstutis Latoža to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Kemal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Pedro Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Tomas Danilevičius made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Mustafa Kemal managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Mali i Thatë FC's Hacı Ali Tercan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mustafa Kemal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hacı Ali Tercan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. FK Mintis Vilnius's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Danilevičius in the 76th minute. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Danilevičius got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Drini Kapaj quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Amado Guterres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Drini Kapaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erando Gacaferi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Peshkatari in the 94th minute of play forced FK Mintis Vilnius's goalkeeper Mustafa Kemal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Mintis Vilnius were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mali i Thatë FC for a fine match.
