Thanks to some nice moves Arūnas Pukelis could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Pavel Romanescu however easily saved by the left post. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalkeeper Pavel Romanescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arūnas Pukelis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavel Romanescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Tomas Danilevičius's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pavel Romanescu firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 95 played minutes FC Pegasas Siauliai got a freekick which was hit by Ernestas Alvinskas. In the 96th minute, Tomas Danilevičius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The FC Pegasas Siauliai players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
