Ndoc Amokachi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Alfonso Villamarin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thomás Hässler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. García Galego struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bastia Lacle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leones FC. Bastia Lacle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilio Lorca in the 23rd minute of play. Alfonso Villamarin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giraldo Bermudez in the 24th minute. Alfonso Villamarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marko Valcarce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marko Valcarce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Alfonso Villamarin made a huge save. The wind increased when Marko Valcarce made the kick off in the second half.
