MILLONARIOS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teofilio Lorca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to MILLONARIOS FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Achraf Hakimi hit a great ball. The supporters of Leones FC booed when MILLONARIOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achraf Hakimi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilio Lorca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Munio Antolin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Leones FC's Alfonso Villamarin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Leones FC from getting a goal against them. Munio Antolin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofilio Lorca's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Munio Antolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilio Lorca in the 33rd minute of play. The corner ended in Liu Yue almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MILLONARIOS FC's Munio Antolin did a great save. Eskild Sneftrup could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Alfonso Villamarin made a huge save. Teofilio Lorca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Munio Antolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilio Lorca, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The supporters of MILLONARIOS FC booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. García Galego didn't get a good kick on the ball. The MILLONARIOS FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Leones FC were winning 0-1.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilio Lorca in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Munio Antolin saved MILLONARIOS FC from getting behind. Leones FC's Teofilio Lorca got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the game, Kepa Barajo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MILLONARIOS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leones FC the free kick. Munio Antolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilio Lorca, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 90th minute Ieltxu Corales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Villamarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Aloisio Munet notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of MILLONARIOS FC's Munio Antolin. Munio Antolin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
