Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xacintu Ribeiro in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Firmo Cerda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Tapa Red F.C's Etxahun Curiel got a free kick in the 29th minute. If Xacintu Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Dobrzechowski's late challenge caught a Atlético Bucaramanga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Dobrzechowski helped the player get up and apologised. 32 minutes into the game, one of Tapa Red F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Xacintu Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Firmo Cerda made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Xacintu Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. Firmo Cerda was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Xacintu Ribeiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xacintu Ribeiro really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Xacintu Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Bucaramanga's supporters rose to their feet, but Xacintu Ribeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Firmo Cerda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariusz Pudzianowski was the one to do the kick off. Atlético Bucaramanga were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Tapa Red F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jerson Gonzales took the corner. Firmo Cerda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xacintu Ribeiro in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Tapa Red F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Xacintu Ribeiro came free, but Firmo Cerda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernando Harroyo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Firmo Cerda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Hernando Harroyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Firmo Cerda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernando Harroyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Hernando Harroyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Bucaramanga's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernando Harroyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Firmo Cerda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Firmo Cerda came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Bucaramanga's Hernando Harroyo. But to his dismay, Hernando Harroyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Luizinho Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariusz Pudzianowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hernando Harroyo came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Atlético Bucaramanga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernando Harroyo couldn't finish the play. When Atlético Bucaramanga's Hernando Harroyo in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tapa Red F.C's Bizen Velazquez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Polikarp Dovlatov, made in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 94th minute Hernando Harroyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Firmo Cerda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Atlético Bucaramanga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerson Gonzales to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Atlético Bucaramanga had played much better football throughout.
