Nicholas Ochavarri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rian Giggs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Alessandro Del Piero notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Sabaneta FC's Kevin Mier. Kevin Mier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Nicholas Ochavarri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rian Giggs in the 66th minute of play. Sabaneta FC's Yoel Magarinos was substituted for Bonifaco Corrillos. Sabaneta FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Osmundo Bolde in the 69th minute. The corner led Sabaneta FC's Cássio Correia to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicholas Ochavarri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nicholas Ochavarri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Masciarelli in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Rian Giggs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicholas Ochavarri. JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rian Giggs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Kevin Mier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gombal Lidon, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
