Vladimiro Kiliz started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Leonides Pulido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roberto Firmino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Baldomero Oskarbi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinand Johnson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Rivas in the 14th minute. Petrigai Cerbera was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ! Nenushko FC's Baldomero Oskarbi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glyn Smith in the 26th minute of play. Roberto Firmino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. William Braun charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Braun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Nenushko FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. William Braun hit a great ball. Petru Ruşdea lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nenushko FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! Nenushko FC:s Baldomero Oskarbi showed great skill when he stopped Roberto Firmino:s penalty. Ferdinand Johnson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adamantios Sfakianakis in the 40th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ booed when Nenushko FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adamantios Sfakianakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Nenushko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Firmino came free, but Baldomero Oskarbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glyn Smith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Oskarbi having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Glyn Smith got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Paul Laime came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Laime couldn't finish the play. Baldomero Oskarbi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Firmino in the 75th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Nenushko FC got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Rivas. 77 minutes into the match, ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Paul Laime sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Oskarbi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glyn Smith in the 88th minute of play forced Nenushko FC's goalkeeper Baldomero Oskarbi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nenushko FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonides Pulido was slow to take the kick. During this time ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's players had a chance to rest. After 90 minutes of play, Nenushko FC's Adamantios Sfakianakis made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdinand Johnson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Nenushko FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
