In the 11th minute, Ingmar Wiman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Empate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Salvator Sala might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristoffer Martinsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvator Sala ran back to his position shaking his head. Kristoffer Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvator Sala in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Abadie in the 19th minute of play forced One Piece FC's goalkeeper David Raya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in One Piece FC's zone, Evrosi Kalmushki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Raya came out of the goal and Evrosi Kalmushki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Danilo Abadie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. David Raya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in One Piece FC's zone, Ingmar Wiman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Raya came out of the goal and Ingmar Wiman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the game, Hori Abajas threw the ball into play from the sideline. One Piece FC's Ederono Eibar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Salvator Sala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Kristoffer Martinsson made a huge save. David Raya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingmar Wiman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, One Piece FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Wiman came free, but David Raya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Ingmar Wiman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. David Raya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. One Piece FC's Ederono Eibar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hori Abajas in the 40 minute of the game.

One Piece FC's David Raya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save One Piece FC from getting a goal against them. When Nickolai Skivild came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Deportivo Empate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nickolai Skivild couldn't finish the play. David Raya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nickolai Skivild in the 66th minute. Deportivo Empate were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after One Piece FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Justo Mano took the corner. Fortun Abadia made a great header on Deportivo Empate's corner, it was just that One Piece FC's David Raya managed to reach the ball for a save. Deportivo Empate's Quique Abaurre was substituted for Justo Mano. David Raya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Deportivo Empate played a much better game than One Piece FC and deserved their victory. The One Piece FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
