After some careless play in the One Piece FC defense, Nelson Haedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Raya. The One Piece FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Raya should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nelson Haedo in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Raya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Nelson Haedo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Raya. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. In the 20th minute, Emiliano Rivera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nelson Haedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 minutes One Piece FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luís Fernando Duarte who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Ferdinand Zdraşcu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of One Piece FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Olimpia:s goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nelson Haedo to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nelson Haedo in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Raya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 54 played minutes Club Olimpia got a freekick which was hit by Theofanis Karafanakis. Emiliano Rivera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Alfredo Aguilar made a huge save. After having played for 63 minutes, Nelson Haedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Olimpia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nelson Haedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Nelson Haedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Raya. One Piece FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nelson Haedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Club Olimpia's Roque Gora was substituted for Luís Fernando Duarte. Club Olimpia were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after One Piece FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pan Xi De took the corner. Nelson Haedo made a great header on Club Olimpia's corner, it was just that One Piece FC's David Raya managed to reach the ball for a save. Nelson Haedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Raya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Haedo in the 84th minute of the match. The supporters of One Piece FC booed when Club Olimpia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matthias Kiempe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nelson Haedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Raya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Nelson Haedo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Zdraşcu in the 91st minute of play forced One Piece FC's goalkeeper David Raya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 minutes One Piece FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pan Xi De who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Pan Xi De almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but One Piece FC's David Raya did a great save. 94 minutes into the match, One Piece FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson Haedo came free, but David Raya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ederono Eibar fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored One Piece FC's protests and gave Ederono Eibar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to One Piece FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ederono Eibar hit a great ball.
