In the 37th minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jorrin Briones ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind George Forsyth. George Forsyth yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 57th minute, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Ippolit Kolobov replaced Kerim De Bruyne. Ferenc Tököli came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto. But to his dismay, Enrique Cassaretto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. CD Municipal's Evtim Kúrdzhev was substituted for Tulio Andinyach. In the 73rd minute of the match, Ryota Miyagi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ferenc Tököli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. George Forsyth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Salah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. George Forsyth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Salah, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while CD Municipal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
