In the 15th minute Thierry Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséias de Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute Guido Ler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heriberto Correa made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tiki Taka FC's Magdaleno Encina. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Ler, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oséias de Andrade saved Tiki Taka FC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Guido Ler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiki Taka FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Ler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nery Pumpido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Tiki Taka FC's Ragnar Johansson got a free kick in the 64th minute. Oséias de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Villanueva in the 67th minute of play. GuateFortín were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tiki Taka FC for a fine match.
