In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sportivo Chupeño's goalkeeper Aytek Subahi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miliano Roza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Aytek Subahi made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Endura Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Chupeño's supporters rose to their feet, but Endura Abechuco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olo Uriarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caaguazu's Olo Uriarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Endura Abechuco in the 19th minute of play. Olo Uriarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Abadie in the 25th minute of the match. Olo Uriarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard De Fretes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Endura Abechuco in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olo Uriarte saved Caaguazu from getting behind. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Caaguazu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Michel Abadie was slow to take the kick. During this time Sportivo Chupeño's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Eduard De Fretes to score against Olo Uriarte in Caaguazu's goal. 0-1 after 30 minutes. Olo Uriarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduard De Fretes in the 35th minute of play. 0-2 became the score in the 35th minute when Endura Abechuco elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 39th minute of the match, Gilesindo Tarapiella tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aytek Subahi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 40th minute Palmiro Noronha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olo Uriarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute Francis Stuart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olo Uriarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olo Uriarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francis Stuart in the 44th minute of the match. Aytek Subahi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Jorge Torcida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytek Subahi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Sportivo Chupeño's goal looked a bit too open when Miliano Roza came free, but Aytek Subahi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aytek Subahi came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Caaguazu's Miliano Roza. But to his dismay, Miliano Roza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 84 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goalkeeper Olo Uriarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francis Stuart. After some careless play in the Sportivo Chupeño defense, Jorge Torcida kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aytek Subahi. The Sportivo Chupeño fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aytek Subahi should have stopped the shot. Eduard De Fretes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Olo Uriarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tino Abeijon scored 5-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olo Uriarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
