The audience was convinced that Gianfranco Saron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loreto Palanques was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianfranco Saron in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loreto Palanques saved AlmaToran from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Gianfranco Saron notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques. Loreto Palanques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ted Oso got a throw-in 24 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Madaleno Naveira. 26 minutes into the match, Gianfranco Saron notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques. Loreto Palanques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gianfranco Saron struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Loreto Palanques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valle Saron. Loreto Palanques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianfranco Saron in the 35th minute of play. AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianfranco Saron in the 37th minute of play. The Valle Saron fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Valle Saron's Gianfranco Saron looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42nd minute Pepito Saron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loreto Palanques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loreto Palanques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianfranco Saron, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 47 minutes into the match, AlmaToran's goal looked a bit too open when Gianfranco Saron came free, but Loreto Palanques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gianfranco Saron to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Gianfranco Saron lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Loreto Palanques. Valle Saron's Gringo Saron managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Chan Mariny in the 58 minute of the game. AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save AlmaToran from getting a goal against them. Valle Saron's Arí Saron was substituted for Gianfranco Saron. Valle Saron's Joshua Saron quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Chan Mariny, made in the 62nd minute of the game. AlmaToran's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Arí Saron 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. AlmaToran's Peli Briñas was substituted for Hipolito Ponce. After 70 played minutes AlmaToran got a freekick which was hit by Cris Tellado. In the 72nd minute, Arí Saron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arotza Dobarral in the 75th minute of play forced Valle Saron's goalkeeper Emiliano Saron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loreto Palanques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Saron in the 76th minute of play. AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save AlmaToran from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, Valle Saron's Arí Saron dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. After 92 played minutes AlmaToran got a freekick which was hit by Cris Tellado. Valle Saron's Arí Saron got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arí Saron was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Valle Saron's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The Valle Saron supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Valle Saron would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
