Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Minor Godinez made the kick off which started today's match. Wilmer Guadamuz charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilmer Guadamuz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Escobar in the 5th minute of play forced LinuX F.C.'s goalkeeper Bernardo Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Elmer Lozano came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the LinuX F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elmer Lozano couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elmer Lozano in the 12th minute of play forced ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s goalkeeper Juan Benavides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match LinuX F.C. got a corner. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elmer Lozano ran over to the corner to take the kick. 16 minutes into the match, LinuX F.C.'s goalkeeper Bernardo Arias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martín Ulloa. The audience was convinced that Frank Soto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Benavides was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, LinuX F.C.'s Rodolfo Marinho got a free kick in the 20th minute. LinuX F.C. were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elmer Lozano took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Nicolas Morales heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 28 minutes into the match, Elmer Lozano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Juan Benavides. Juan Benavides was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Gustafson in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Arias saved LinuX F.C. from getting behind. Bernardo Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martín Ulloa in the 41st minute of play. LinuX F.C.'s Bernardo Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milosz Gabis in the 42nd minute of play. Milosz Gabis took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Arias. Bernardo Arias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Rodolfo Marinho hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Humberto Escobar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bernardo Arias firmly grabbed it by the left post. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Escobar made a kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Alfonso Mena tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Juan Benavides saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. LinuX F.C.'s Bernardo Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milosz Gabis in the 55th minute of play. Elmer Lozanos short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Juan Benavides to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Humberto Escobar got a free kick in the 60th minute. Minor Godinez scored 2-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Benavides, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juan Benavides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elmer Lozano in the 66th minute of play. Bernardo Arias came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Martín Ulloa. But to his dismay, Martín Ulloa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. 74 minutes into the game, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Humberto Escobar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Arias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. LinuX F.C. made a substitution. Jorge Padilla replaced Frank Soto. LinuX F.C.'s Bernardo Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martín Ulloa in the 79th minute of play. Bernardo Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martín Ulloa, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Bernardo Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milosz Gabis in the 83rd minute of the match. Giancarlo Mora kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Juan Benavides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Mena in the 86th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Padilla got free with Juan Benavides in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Padilla came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Juan Benavides could save by the left post. A collision led to LinuX F.C. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Wilmer Guadamuz hit a great ball. In the 90th minute of the match Giancarlo Mora shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernardo Arias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Martín Ulloa scored 5-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Arias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. LinuX F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
