EBK's Marcelo Quexada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Minor Godinez in the 38th minute of play. After some careless play in the EBK defense, Minor Godinez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelo Quexada. The EBK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Quexada should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Frank Soto got in the 51st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Marcelo Quexada handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelio Omero got free with Bernardo Arias in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 69 played minutes LinuX F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Minor Godinez. Betinho Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of LinuX F.C. booed when EBK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betinho Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball.
