Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) PUNTARENAS F.C's Julian Gaueko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of PUNTARENAS F.C booed when 25 de Noviembre FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xurde Bodegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, PUNTARENAS F.C's Ricardo Gutxi tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, 25 de Noviembre FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Gaueko came free, but Baltasar Coya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltasar Coya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chucky Norris in the 10th minute of play. Baltasar Coya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macho Madrigal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chucky Norris in the 17th minute of play forced 25 de Noviembre FBC's goalkeeper Baltasar Coya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltasar Coya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macho Madrigal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltasar Coya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Macho Madrigal in the 19th minute of the match. 25 de Noviembre FBC's Baltasar Coya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macho Madrigal in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in PUNTARENAS F.C's zone, Raimundo Lanzon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgilio Rojas came out of the goal and Raimundo Lanzon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godofredo Igarza charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godofredo Igarza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Godofredo Igarza kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Julian Gaueko took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltasar Coya. Baltasar Coya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, Julian Gaueko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baltasar Coya. 25 de Noviembre FBC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Gaueko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 25 de Noviembre FBC were furious when Lope Rugama was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 36 minutes into the game, one of 25 de Noviembre FBC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Baltasar Coya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Gutxi went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute Julian Gaueko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Coya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 de Noviembre FBC's Baltasar Coya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macho Madrigal in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute Desire Larrinzar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Rojas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half PUNTARENAS F.C were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raimundo Lanzon to make the kick off. Baltasar Coya made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Macho Madrigal sent off a good shot on target. 25 de Noviembre FBC's Baltasar Coya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Gaueko in the 54th minute of play. After 56 played minutes 25 de Noviembre FBC got a freekick which was hit by Franco Villalobos. Virgilio Rojas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Lanzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Baltasar Coya made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Chucky Norris sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Macho Madrigal in the 65th minute of play forced 25 de Noviembre FBC's goalkeeper Baltasar Coya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the last second Baltasar Coya throw himself and got hold of the ball when Macho Madrigal in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Baltasar Coya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macho Madrigal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baltasar Coya made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Chucky Norris sent off a good shot on target. Henric Posse hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. PUNTARENAS F.C made a substitution. Vinicio Medina replaced Julian Gaueko. Leonel Ortiz struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Baltasar Coya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PUNTARENAS F.C. In the 83rd minute Vinicio Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Coya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Vinicio Medina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baltasar Coya. 25 de Noviembre FBC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vinicio Medina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. With a little luck, 25 de Noviembre FBC's Baltasar Coya got control of the ball when Vinicio Medina tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinicio Medina in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltasar Coya saved 25 de Noviembre FBC from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Leonel Ortiz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baltasar Coya. Leonel Ortiz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. PUNTARENAS F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
