After some careless play in the PUNTARENAS F.C defense, Valentine Hernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virgilio Rojas. The PUNTARENAS F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virgilio Rojas should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, FITO APPLE TEAM's 杨凌升 got control of the ball when Macho Madrigal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Virgilio Rojas came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by FITO APPLE TEAM's Valentine Hernandez. After 28 played minutes PUNTARENAS F.C got a freekick which was hit by Austin Reaves. 29 minutes into the match, PUNTARENAS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Valentine Hernandez came free, but Virgilio Rojas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duarte Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The PUNTARENAS F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FITO APPLE TEAM were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentine Hernandez made a kick off. PUNTARENAS F.C's Virgilio Rojas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentine Hernandez in the 53rd minute of play. Virgilio Rojas was a little too slow when Valentine Hernandez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Valentine Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. FITO APPLE TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentine Hernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Rojas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
