With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Canal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Atlético Ourense's Jerrold Valcarcel got control of the ball when Gomesano Cayuela tried to sneak it across the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Rogelio Verdaguer heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 47 minutes into the match, Unai Calatayud had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Canal. Villawalter City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Unai Calatayud was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.
