The audience was convinced that Unai Calatayud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Currito Torrente was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After taking down the ball on Atlético Ourense's corner Tartalo Rajoi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Currito Torrente quite easily take care of the ball. After 33 minutes, Rodolfo Abecia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tullidos FC and the Atlético Ourense players grew even worse after the yellow card. Atlético Ourense's Fabio Delgado was substituted for Rogelio Verdaguer. In the 35th minute, Rodolfo Abecia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tullidos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Enrico Carmona was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Ourense's players had a chance to rest. Atlético Ourense's Enrico Carmona was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Currito Torrente in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 41 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Aarón Rey came free, but Jerrold Valcarcel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony Montana to strike the kick off in the second half. Kornél Kormos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jerrold Valcarcel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Unai Calatayud came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Atlético Ourense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Unai Calatayud couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aarón Rey in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerrold Valcarcel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jerrold Valcarcel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kornél Kormos in the 66th minute of play. Atlético Ourense's Seve Dobale was substituted for Unai Calatayud. Tullidos FC's Guido Ocaña was substituted for Aarón Rey. After 72 minutes Atlético Ourense's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ludomil Galagan who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Atlético Ourense's goalie and right to Kornél Kormos. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Atlético Ourense's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Tartalo Rajoi struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Currito Torrente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Ourense. 88 minutes into the match, Tullidos FC's Ludomil Galagan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jerrold Valcarcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kornél Kormos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tullidos FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Atlético Ourense for a fine match.
