Albi Campoamor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ren Xi Chen in the 2nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Futbolin defense, Ramiro James kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albi Campoamor. The Futbolin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albi Campoamor should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stéphane Touze during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sergio Romero made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Chayo Ramis sent off a good shot on target. Albi Campoamor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ren Xi Chen went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chayo Ramis in the 19th minute of play forced April 25 SC's goalkeeper Sergio Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, István Antal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chayo Ramis, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ren Xi Chen in the 26th minute of play forced Futbolin's goalkeeper Albi Campoamor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, April 25 SC's Laureano Sevilla got a free kick in the 45th minute. Sergio Romero acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 46th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Chayo Ramis. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramiro James to make the kick off. Sergio Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wieslaw Ciborek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 minutes April 25 SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chayo Ramis who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Wieslaw Ciborek managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 67 minutes into the match, April 25 SC's goal looked a bit too open when Chayo Ramis came free, but Sergio Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergio Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chayo Ramis in the 67th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in April 25 SC's zone, Chayo Ramis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergio Romero came out of the goal and Chayo Ramis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. April 25 SC made a substitution. Michel Platini replaced Antoni Augustyn. In the 78th match minute, Futbolin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stéphane Touze to maneuver through the defense. Futbolin's Anselmo Alcalde was substituted for Guilabertus Carceles. In the 79th minute, Stéphane Touze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albi Campoamor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro James, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. April 25 SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ren Xi Chen in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute of the game, Silverio Weterio landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Ren Xi Chen charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ren Xi Chen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ren Xi Chen hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Ren Xi Chen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Albi Campoamor made a huge save. When the final whistle went the supporters of April 25 SC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Futbolin side.
