An unexpectedly hard shot by Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 5th minute of play forced Aysouraguán's goalkeeper Jaizki Valverde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bozhil Vaptzarov might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaizki Valverde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bozhil Vaptzarov ran back to his position shaking his head. Jaizki Valverde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Aysouraguán's goalie and right to Lütfi Selahaddin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Aysouraguán's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 42nd match minute, Aysouraguán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Abellan to maneuver through the defense. Jaizki Valverde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bozhil Vaptzarov to strike the kick off in the second half. Jaizki Valverde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bozhil Vaptzarov in the 51st minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match U.D. Mancini got a corner. Aysouraguán's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 60th minute José Vítor Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonsalve Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bozhil Vaptzarov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaizki Valverde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, U.D. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Bozhil Vaptzarov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aysouraguán's Jaizki Valverde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Aysouraguán's goal looked a bit too open when Bozhil Vaptzarov came free, but Jaizki Valverde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaizki Valverde came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by U.D. Mancini's Bozhil Vaptzarov. But to his dismay, Bozhil Vaptzarov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aysouraguán's goalkeeper Jaizki Valverde, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aysouraguán's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aysouraguán's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
