After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ivan Rubio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foguera's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Rubio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Firmo Canosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Foguera getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Frank Isward hit a great ball. In the 19th match minute, Guyu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Figueres to maneuver through the defense. Anton Sundin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Villa in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Firmo Canosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Foguera fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Foguera's David Villa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Guyu FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Osvaldo Figueres hit a great ball. Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Villa in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Foguera's David Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Firmo Canosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Guyu FC's goalkeeper Firmo Canosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivan Rubio. Frank Isward hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Garoa Flores took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ganix Casillas. Foguera's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Rubio was the one to do the kick off. Anton Sundin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Firmo Canosa having to interfere. Firmo Canosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Rubio's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Firmo Canosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allande Soto in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Villa in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Firmo Canosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, David Villa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Foguera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. The audience was convinced that David Villa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Firmo Canosa was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Foguera's attentive Luis-Miguel Rienda managed to snatch the ball when Silvestre Cacheres made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. Ivan Rubio took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Firmo Canosa. Firmo Canosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. The corner led Foguera's Anton Sundin to fire away a dangerous shot which Firmo Canosa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Guyu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Rubio came free, but Firmo Canosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Sundin in the 80th minute of play. Guyu FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 92 minutes, David Villa made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Guyu FC's Firmo Canosa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Foguera fully deserved thier win.
