With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thom Threepwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claris Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Thom Threepwood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geovani Barral in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thom Threepwood saved Radiohead Freaks Club from getting behind. Geovani Barral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute Geovani Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thom Threepwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, UD Fuerteventura's Arkadiusz Piatek got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 27th minute, Radiohead Freaks Club's Jairo Malheiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Thom Threepwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Barral in the 30th minute of play. UD Fuerteventura's Lajos Révész proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save UD Fuerteventura from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claris Quiroga in the 35th minute of play forced Radiohead Freaks Club's goalkeeper Thom Threepwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovani Barral scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thom Threepwood, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claris Quiroga was the one to do the kick off. Jairo Malheiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lajos Révész read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Claris Quiroga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Thom Threepwood made a huge save. Lajos Révész showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Malheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Jairo Malheiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lajos Révész. Cayo Mario took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lajos Révész. Lajos Révész dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. UD Fuerteventura's Ismael Munoz was substituted for Basilio Quintero. For all the effort they put into the match, the UD Fuerteventura players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Radiohead Freaks Club.
