In the 4th minute Dolf Schoonderwoerd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erwin Teesing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, The Underdogs's Dolf Schoonderwoerd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erwin Teesing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ASC South United's Erwin Teesing proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save ASC South United from getting a goal against them. Erwin Teesing made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Dolf Schoonderwoerd sent off a good shot on target. After 13 minutes ASC South United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Iustin Hațegan who took care of the corner kick. The Underdogs's Jan Wessel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taco Scholte in the 15th minute of play. Dolf Schoonderwoerd's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Erwin Teesing skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dolf Schoonderwoerd might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erwin Teesing. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The Underdogs's Jan Wessel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Tamminga in the 32nd minute of play. ASC South United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mirko Stuijvenberg in the 34th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dolf Schoonderwoerd got free with Erwin Teesing in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dolf Schoonderwoerd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erwin Teesing read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Erwin Teesing was a little too slow when Dolf Schoonderwoerd got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-0. When The Underdogs's Piearres Olalla in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ASC South United's goalie prevented a goal. Dolf Schoonderwoerd received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erwin Teesing came out and tried to block the shot, but Dolf Schoonderwoerd slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Piearres Olalla to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Jan Hendrik Gronden mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ASC South United and the The Underdogs players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dolf Schoonderwoerd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erwin Teesing read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in ASC South United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! 82 minutes into the match, Dolf Schoonderwoerd had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erwin Teesing. ASC South United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dolf Schoonderwoerd was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Erwin Teesing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolf Schoonderwoerd in the 87th minute of the match. Erwin Teesing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dolf Schoonderwoerd, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Erwin Teesing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolf Schoonderwoerd in the 90th minute of the match. After 91 minutes of play, The Underdogs's Dolf Schoonderwoerd made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erwin Teesing was left in no man's land by his defense there!
