Bram Reinhard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arkadiusz Siekierka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Arkadiusz Siekierka dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bram Reinhard, 1-1. Marc van Nistelrooij recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The De Kasteelheren fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when De Kasteelheren's Harold Rodenboog looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 29 minutes De Kasteelheren's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Casper Tinselboer who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Fargo SC's Casper Tinselboer to fire away a dangerous shot which Bram Reinhard despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Fargo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdi Vorenkamp came free, but Bram Kiewit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Fargo SC's Marc van Nistelrooij nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bram Reinhard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. De Kasteelheren's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hayden Hoebe in the 43rd minute. Marc van Nistelrooijs short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Bram Reinhard to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Inácio Amaral made a kick off. Inácio Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Bram Kiewit made a huge save. Bram Kiewit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Vorenkamp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klaas Gronden hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Marc van Nistelrooij sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. De Kasteelheren's Bram Reinhard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc van Nistelrooij in the 64th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Anthony Hillen could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Bram Kiewit however easily saved by the left post. De Kasteelheren were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Fargo SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hayden Hoebe took the corner. After 71st play minutes Harold Rodenboog shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Bram Kiewit and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 82nd match minute, Fargo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaas Gronden to maneuver through the defense. Bram Kiewit made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Inácio Amaral sent off a good shot on target. Bram Kiewit was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Inácio Amaral capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Inácio Amaral really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. After a rather tough play, De Kasteelheren's Arif Ensar İsmet got a free kick in the 94th minute.
