Steven Homan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Steven Homan took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leendert Borg. Leendert Borg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Albertus FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Felix van As was slow to take the kick. During this time SV Balverliefd's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Homan in the 38th minute of play forced Albertus FC's goalkeeper Leendert Borg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melker Gudmundsson hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. When Steven Homan came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the SV Balverliefd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steven Homan couldn't finish the play. SV Balverliefd's supporters rose to their feet, but Steven Homan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leendert Borg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Klaas Jan Klaassen's late challenge caught a SV Balverliefd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klaas Jan Klaassen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaas Jan Klaassen to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 许亦渊 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Virgil Lindelöf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steven Homan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Leendert Borg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Albertus FC booed when SV Balverliefd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. After 65 played minutes SV Balverliefd got a freekick which was hit by Melker Gudmundsson. Steven Homan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Leendert Borg made a huge save. SV Balverliefd's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Virgil Lindelöf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Leendert Borg made a huge save. Felix van As sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steven Homan got free with Leendert Borg in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Albertus FC's Leendert Borg got control of the ball when Steven Homan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leendert Borg made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Steven Homan sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SV Balverliefd had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
