In the 7th minute, Horácio Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu got control of the ball when Ryszard Barycz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Barycz in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Matadores FC's Horácio Zanette got a free kick in the 16th minute. ITAFUT 4EVER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jean-Paul Møffelmand in the 19th minute. ITAFUT 4EVER were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Matadores FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jean-Paul Møffelmand took the corner. Ryszard Barycz took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aloísio Abreu. Aloísio Abreu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Evelio Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aloísio Abreu having to interfere. The supporters of ITAFUT 4EVER booed when Matadores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horácio Zanette didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 minutes of play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aloísio Abreu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ryszard Barycz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aloísio Abreu having to make a save. In the 41st minute Ryszard Barycz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloísio Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Rico's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aloísio Abreu firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 47th minute, Ryszard Barycz made a precise shot to the right of Aloísio Abreu. Matadores FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilton Fontes to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Barycz came free, but Aloísio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aloísio Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Barycz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aloísio Abreu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 62 minutes Matadores FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jean-Paul Møffelmand who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Evelio Rico got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 4-0. 63 minutes into the match. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erivaldo Moreno in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Barycz came free, but Aloísio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio was substituted for Ryszard Barycz. Boguslaw Tarasek scored 7-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aloísio Abreu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jordan Henderson came free, but Aloísio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aloísio Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boguslaw Tarasek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aloísio Abreu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jardel Baggio's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Aloísio Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguinho Linhares in the 89th minute of play. Aloísio Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Baggio, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 91 played minutes Matadores FC got a freekick which was hit by Válbson Sarmento. Aloísio Abreu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodriguinho Linhares went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Aloísio Abreu came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio. But to his dismay, Jardel Baggio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0.
