Murillo Pernambucano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guilherme Mendonça having to make a save. Tiquinho Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Guilherme Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 played minutes FIEL ALGUSTA got a freekick which was hit by Ludomir Figlewski. The supporters of FC St. Pauli booed when FIEL ALGUSTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubens Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Pedro Luiz Trevisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guilherme Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiquinho Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Murillo Pernambucano made a precise shot to the right of Guilherme Mendonça. FC St. Pauli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Murillo Pernambucano made a kick off. Tiquinho Soares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guilherme Mendonça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, FIEL ALGUSTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubens Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Guilherme Mendonça made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Murillo Pernambucano sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute Murillo Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubens Rocha charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rubens Rocha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes FIEL ALGUSTA got a freekick which was hit by Rubens Rocha. 89 minutes into the match, Murillo Pernambucano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guilherme Mendonça, 0-4. Guilherme Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murillo Pernambucano in the 92nd minute of play. FC St. Pauli's Guilherme Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiquinho Soares in the 96th minute of play. After 99 minutes, Ricardo Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC St. Pauli and the FIEL ALGUSTA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 99th match minute, FC St. Pauli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Rocha to maneuver through the defense. FIEL ALGUSTA's Murillo Pernambucano got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FIEL ALGUSTA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
