Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dadá Maravilha took the kick off in the first half of the match. Valeri Zabelin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Buczko in the 3rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Alsua in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valeri Zabelin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the game, Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Artur Buczko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valeri Zabelin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A.D. Imperial's Valeri Zabelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitor Roque in the 12th minute of play. Valeri Zabelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Alsua in the 13th minute of play. José Maria Pena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24thth minute of the game Arnaldo Alsua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D. Imperial's Valeri Zabelin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valeri Zabelin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Buczko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valeri Zabelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Baxter in the 29th minute of play. Alexander Smith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valeri Zabelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitor Roque in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Alsua in the 37th minute of play forced A.D. Imperial's goalkeeper Valeri Zabelin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Alsua in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valeri Zabelin saved A.D. Imperial from getting behind. The A.D. Imperial fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when A.D. Imperial's Dadá Maravilha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 47 minutes into the match, A.D. Imperial's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Alsua came free, but Valeri Zabelin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnaldo Alsua in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valeri Zabelin saved A.D. Imperial from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnaldo Alsua stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Gâfu hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ulysses Camargo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, A.D. Imperial's Zahir Sahnouni got a free kick in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Asmund Nyvold broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Alsua in the 61st minute of play forced A.D. Imperial's goalkeeper Valeri Zabelin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to A.D. Imperial getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Francesco Briceño hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Arnaldo Alsua could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Valeri Zabelin however easily saved by the left post. 73 minutes into the match, A.D. Imperial's goalkeeper Valeri Zabelin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Alsua. In the 74thth minute of the game Arnaldo Alsua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D. Imperial's Valeri Zabelin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnaldo Alsua could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Valeri Zabelin made a huge save. After 76 played minutes A.D. Imperial got a freekick which was hit by Ruy Teles. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Alsua got free with Valeri Zabelin in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Arnaldo Alsua kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valeri Zabelin. That made the score 2-3 in the 79 minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Alsua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valeri Zabelin. A.D. Imperial's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Alsua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Valeri Zabelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Buczko in the 89th minute of play. Valeri Zabelin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnaldo Alsua in the 91st minute. Alexander Smith's late challenge caught a Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Smith helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to A.D. Imperial getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Alexander Smith hit a great ball. The Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
