Dadá Maravilha in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lucas Maciel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 11 minutes S.C.PAULISTA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Clemente Massa who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Francesco Briceño got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucas Maciel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dadá Maravilha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Lucas Maciel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 14 played minutes A.D. Imperial got a freekick which was hit by José Maria Pena. José Maria Pena's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Lucas Maciel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonidas Orange in the 18th minute of play forced A.D. Imperial's goalkeeper Valeri Zabelin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Emil Bronder fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C.PAULISTA's protests and gave Emil Bronder a yellow card for diving instead. Emil Bronder hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes, A.D. Imperial's Clemente Massa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucas Maciel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A.D. Imperial reached it. In the 27th minute Dadá Maravilha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valeri Zabelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonidas Orange in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, S.C.PAULISTA's César Eger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valeri Zabelin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 34 minutes into the match, A.D. Imperial's goal looked a bit too open when Leonidas Orange came free, but Valeri Zabelin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes A.D. Imperial's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emil Bronder who took care of the corner kick. After some careless play in the A.D. Imperial defense, César Eger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valeri Zabelin. The A.D. Imperial fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valeri Zabelin should have stopped the shot. A collision led to S.C.PAULISTA getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. João Carlos Toledo hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonidas Orange stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, César Eger notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of A.D. Imperial's Valeri Zabelin. Valeri Zabelin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 54 minutes, César Eger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C.PAULISTA's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Eger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Dadá Maravilha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Maciel was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Leonidas Orange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucas Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dadá Maravilha in the 63rd minute of play. Dadá Maravilha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Maciel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá Maravilha's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, César Eger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valeri Zabelin. A.D. Imperial's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that César Eger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. When Leonidas Orange came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the S.C.PAULISTA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonidas Orange couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the game, Leonidas Orange was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.C.PAULISTA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.D. Imperial the free kick. Lucas Maciel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dadá Maravilha's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dadá Maravilha in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Maciel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 钱国帆 made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by João Carlos Toledo. Lucas Maciel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when A.D. Imperial's Dadá Maravilha shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 91stth minute of the game Dadá Maravilha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.C.PAULISTA's Lucas Maciel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of S.C.PAULISTA booed when A.D. Imperial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Gâfu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched S.C.PAULISTA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
