But to his dismay, Maurinho Hermes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Genílson Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Pitta in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Hermes in the 20th minute of play forced FUTEBOL ARTE's goalkeeper Margus Niilus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genílson Dante made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Vítor Peixoto sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Eriberto Araújo got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute, Jerônimo Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BARBARIDADE G.M. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Genílson Dante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save BARBARIDADE G.M. from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vítor Peixoto made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vítor Peixoto in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Genílson Dante saved BARBARIDADE G.M. from getting behind. A collision led to FUTEBOL ARTE getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Florentino Irrintzi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerônimo Moreno got free with Margus Niilus in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Genílson Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Pitta in the 70th minute of play. After 70 minutes of play, FUTEBOL ARTE's Claudinho Pitta made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Genílson Dante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Genílson Dante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vítor Peixoto's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Genílson Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor Peixoto in the 78th minute of the match. Genílson Dante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Maurinho Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Jacinto kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s Váldson Mesquita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Margus Niilus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Margus Niilus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerônimo Moreno in the 96th minute. The FUTEBOL ARTE supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BARBARIDADE G.M.'s performance. The match ended with a win for BARBARIDADE G.M..
