Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Tiago Corrêa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 9th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Dietbald Ströbele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Castro in the 13th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiago Corrêa got free with Ismael Negri in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. MAZER SAF's Ismael Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Gines in the 16th minute of play. If Tiago Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute Evaristo Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dietbald Ströbele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dietbald Ströbele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurgain Ruiz in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Castro came free, but Dietbald Ströbele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Laurgain Ruiz made a precise shot to the right of Dietbald Ströbele. Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 30 minutes into the match, Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Laurgain Ruiz came free, but Dietbald Ströbele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Tiago Corrêa could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Ismael Negri however easily saved by the left post. Dietbald Ströbele didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evaristo Castro went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Tiago Corrêa got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half MAZER SAF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laurgain Ruiz made a kick off. Augusto Seins short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Dietbald Ströbele to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s Dietbald Ströbele got control of the ball when Augusto Sein tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Laurgain Ruiz came free, but Dietbald Ströbele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MAZER SAF's Ismael Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Fernandez in the 55th minute of play. Jorginho Mello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dietbald Ströbele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Castro in the 59th minute of play. Evaristo Castro scored 1-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dietbald Ströbele, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MAZER SAF made a substitution. Rafa Alves replaced Laurgain Ruiz. 67 minutes into the match, Verissimo KFCH F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Sein came free, but Dietbald Ströbele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tiago Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Verissimo KFCH F.C. made a substitution. Joaquim Freitas replaced Válter Souto. After 79 played minutes MAZER SAF got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Hellbom. 83 minutes into the game, MAZER SAF's Rafa Alves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dietbald Ströbele made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Hassan Mylting's late challenge caught a MAZER SAF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hassan Mylting helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Verissimo KFCH F.C. getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Hassan Mylting hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Simão das Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over MAZER SAF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Verissimo KFCH F.C. throughout the match.
