Triforce Super Soccer's Napoleon Tylenda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Feliberto Oihenarte in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. João Francisco Goiano scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliberto Oihenarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as RØSANEGRA's Prudencio Thomas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristian Salles. That made the score 1-2 after 22 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Romário got free with Cristian Salles in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Triforce Super Soccer's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Douglas Costa scored to the left of an out of position Cristian Salles, making the score, 2-2. 33 minutes into the match, Triforce Super Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Thomas came free, but Cristian Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Pedro Lucas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RØSANEGRA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Triforce Super Soccer the free kick. In the 37th match minute, RØSANEGRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Lucas to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Paulo de Lima in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliberto Oihenarte saved RØSANEGRA from getting behind. After a rather tough play, RØSANEGRA's Douglas Costa got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Paulo de Lima in the 42nd minute of play forced RØSANEGRA's goalkeeper Feliberto Oihenarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Prudencio Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Douglas Costa was the one to do the kick off. The corner ended in Rony Gerber almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Triforce Super Soccer's Cristian Salles did a great save. 66 minutes into the match, Triforce Super Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Thomas came free, but Cristian Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Paulo de Lima succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. RØSANEGRA made a substitution. Afonso Proença replaced Leandro Fonseca. RØSANEGRA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rony Gerber in the 78th minute. The corner ended in Prudencio Thomas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Triforce Super Soccer's Cristian Salles did a great save. The supporters of RØSANEGRA booed when Triforce Super Soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murillo Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliberto Oihenarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Paulo de Lima in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute Prudencio Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Triforce Super Soccer's Luiz Paulo de Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Feliberto Oihenarte. Feliberto Oihenarte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. Triforce Super Soccer's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
