In the 2nd match minute, GLADIADORES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Catarinense to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Lei Yong Yue's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thomas Ravelli was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Wilson Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Figlewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Andrade in the 9th minute of the match. GLADIADORES's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lei Yong Yue in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, GLADIADORES's goal looked a bit too open when Malin Karolev came free, but Thomas Ravelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thomas Ravelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lei Yong Yue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th match minute, Abutres 2003 FDP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qu Yao Yang to maneuver through the defense. 庄辉雄 took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomas Ravelli. Thomas Ravelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 27 minutes of play, GLADIADORES's Wilson Andrade made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Figlewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lei Yong Yue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan Figlewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Andrade in the 37th minute of the match. GLADIADORES's Thomas Ravelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 庄辉雄 in the 38th minute of play. In the 38th minute 庄辉雄 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Ravelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Wilson Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the GLADIADORES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Andrade couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Osvaldinho Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abutres 2003 FDP's Qu Yao Yang got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when 庄辉雄 made the kick off in the second half. 65 minutes into the game, Osvaldinho Vergílio threw the ball into play from the sideline. GLADIADORES's Johannes Stein quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a little luck, GLADIADORES's Thomas Ravelli got control of the ball when Malin Karolev tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 70 played minutes Abutres 2003 FDP got a freekick which was hit by Fatih-Sultan Mehmet. In the 71st match minute, Abutres 2003 FDP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fatih-Sultan Mehmet to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute Lei Yong Yue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Ravelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abutres 2003 FDP's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Malin Karolev in the 74th minute.
