The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gerd Pollmann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hudson de Godoi went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Militros F.C. getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Howard Layfield hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Wanderson Valencia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Allan Saraiva was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Militros F.C.'s Cosimo Tagliente got a free kick in the 11th minute. Allan Saraiva came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Militros F.C.'s Wanderson Valencia. But to his dismay, Wanderson Valencia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Allan Saraiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wanderson Valencia in the 19th minute. Sandrinho Cunhas short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Allan Saraiva to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Wanderson Valencia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Allan Saraiva having to make a save. In the 26thth minute of the game Wanderson Valencia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's Allan Saraiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Militros F.C. got a corner. LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sandrinho Cunha ran over to the corner to take the kick. Wanderson Valencia had several of the LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Allan Saraiva as he didn't even see the shot coming. Allan Saraiva made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Wanderson Valencia sent off a good shot on target. Wanderson Valencia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Allan Saraiva firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 40th minute Militros F.C. were awarded a corner. Sandrinho Cunha went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 44thth minute of the game Wanderson Valencia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's Allan Saraiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wanderson Valencia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wanderson Valencia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Allan Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Militros F.C. made a substitution. Paulão Freire replaced Wanderson Valencia. In the 71st match minute, Militros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Skräddare to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute of the match Edvaldo Prado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gerd Pollmann showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulão Freire in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Allan Saraiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute of the match Militros F.C. got a corner. LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The corner ended in Francisco Regis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's Allan Saraiva did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulão Freire in the 87th minute of play forced LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's goalkeeper Allan Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in LOS PERNAMBUCANOS - FDFDF's zone, Howard Layfield stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Saraiva came out of the goal and Howard Layfield tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Militros F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Militros F.C.'s Paulão Freire looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Militros F.C. had won after a very even match.
