The audience was convinced that Edin Džeko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fábio Chițan was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Paulinho Ralf kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Edin Džeko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fábio Chițan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Gombal came free, but Grzegorz Siekierski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 30th minute of the game was made by Fred Zonta with Tiran Gol as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Grzegorz Siekierski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fred Zonta hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Mario Cristofor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Fábio Chițan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edin Džeko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of GeRaÇãO-83 booed when Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiran Gol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edin Džeko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edin Džeko charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edin Džeko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fábio Chițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edin Džeko in the 42nd minute of play. If Edin Džeko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raul Elazar was the one to do the kick off. GeRaÇãO-83's Grzegorz Siekierski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Elazar in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Medero Gadea notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's Fábio Chițan. Fábio Chițan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Grzegorz Siekierski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiran Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's goalkeeper Fábio Chițan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per-Oskar Ekgren was slow to take the kick. During this time GeRaÇãO-83's players had a chance to rest. 68 minutes into the match, Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's goalkeeper Fábio Chițan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edin Džeko. GeRaÇãO-83 were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per-Oskar Ekgren took the corner. The corner led GeRaÇãO-83's Per-Oskar Ekgren to fire away a dangerous shot which Fábio Chițan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as GeRaÇãO-83's Medero Gadea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fábio Chițan. That made the score 0-3 after 70 minutes of play. Grzegorz Siekierski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Elazar in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Michel Favoretto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GeRaÇãO-83 the free kick. After recieving a nice pass, GeRaÇãO-83's Per-Oskar Ekgren tried to score from far away in the 76th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Medero Gadea got free with Fábio Chițan in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Edin Džeko scored to the left of an out of position Fábio Chițan, making the score, 0-4. 91 minutes into the match, Pablo Gombal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Grzegorz Siekierski. GeRaÇãO-83's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pablo Gombal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Fábio Chițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edin Džeko in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Black Bird United ƘԼƛƝ got a freekick which was hit by Fred Zonta. GeRaÇãO-83's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
