In the 25th minute of the match Shen Xi Bang sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sérgio de Azevedo skillfully saved the ball. FLU ES fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Shen Xi Bang in the 26th minute. FLU ES fc's Shen Xi Bang was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Michel De Bruyne managed to get in a good position for a shot. FLU ES fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel De Bruyne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sérgio de Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sérgio de Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilson Xavier in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, FLU ES fc's Gilson Xavier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sérgio de Azevedo. Sérgio de Azevedo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Pedro Luiz Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rômulo Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BMB IMOVEIS SC were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after FLU ES fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hélder Melo took the corner. The corner led to BMB IMOVEIS SC's Mathias Vidal getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Gilson Xavier managed to get in a good position for a shot. FLU ES fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilson Xavier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sérgio de Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Alvaro Lupi took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Sérgio de Azevedo to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilson Xavier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes FLU ES fc got a freekick which was hit by Tales Almeida. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Cafu de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cafu de Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luiz Sergipano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rômulo Mineiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Luiz Sergipano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BMB IMOVEIS SC's Mathias Vidal got a free kick in the 59th minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Alvaro Lupi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FLU ES fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Lupi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FLU ES fc were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after BMB IMOVEIS SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Shen Xi Bang took the corner. After taking down the ball on FLU ES fc's corner Shen Xi Bang fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sérgio de Azevedo quite easily take care of the ball. Sérgio de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilson Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Gilson Xavier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. BMB IMOVEIS SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilson Xavier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. With an all-out effort, BMB IMOVEIS SC's Pedro Luiz Sergipano threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mathias Vidal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gilson Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Gilson Xavier struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Sérgio de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FLU ES fc. Percival Tavares hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. FLU ES fc's Pedro Luiz Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Melo in the 87th minute of play. When Gilson Xavier came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the FLU ES fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilson Xavier couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilson Xavier in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sérgio de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
