Bruninho Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Lupi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thierry Henry in the 17th minute of play forced FLU ES fc's goalkeeper Pedro Luiz Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Luiz Sergipano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kamil Baycan's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Arnaldo Martins was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Pedro Luiz Sergipano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thierry Henry in the 21st minute of the match. FLU ES fc's Pedro Luiz Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamil Baycan in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, FLU ES fc's goal looked a bit too open when Kamil Baycan came free, but Pedro Luiz Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, FLU ES fc's goal looked a bit too open when Wei Fan Li came free, but Pedro Luiz Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilson Xavier took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruninho Hoffmann. Bruninho Hoffmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilson Xavier was the one to do the kick off. A throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game was made by Cláudio Simões with Eusébio Rodrigues as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Pedro Luiz Sergipano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamil Baycan in the 55th minute of play. BraveHeart Warriors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Thierry Henry in the 56th minute. After taking down the ball on BraveHeart Warriors's corner Thierry Henry fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Luiz Sergipano quite easily take care of the ball. Pedro Luiz Sergipano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamil Baycan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. FLU ES fc's Pedro Luiz Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wei Fan Li in the 66th minute of play. Pedro Luiz Sergipano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wei Fan Li went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BraveHeart Warriors fans cheered their team off the field, for while FLU ES fc had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
