An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Arruda in the 4th minute of play forced Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Sidney Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Nathaniel Burnett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gildo Furtado was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elivélton Abraão during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nathaniel Burnett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 14 minutes into the match, America FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nathaniel Burnett came free, but Gildo Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nathaniel Burnett in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gildo Furtado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd play minute Nathaniel Burnett came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gildo Furtado. 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nathaniel Burnett in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gildo Furtado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Imbituba - FSCMZ's Gildo Furtado threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nathaniel Burnett, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gildo Furtado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nathaniel Burnett in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute of the match, Nathaniel Burnett tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gildo Furtado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 41st minute, Nathaniel Burnett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nathaniel Burnett blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gildo Furtado having to make a save. In the 44th minute of the match, Nathaniel Burnett tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gildo Furtado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pedro Luís Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Gildo Furtado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imbituba - FSCMZ.

If Nathaniel Burnett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathaniel Burnett in the 52nd minute of play forced America FC's goalkeeper Gildo Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nathaniel Burnett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Yuri Lopez could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Sidney Motta however easily saved by the left post. After 60 played minutes America FC got a freekick which was hit by Elivélton Abraão. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nathaniel Burnett in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gildo Furtado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute Imbituba - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Pedro Luís Fonseca went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Pedro Luís Fonseca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gildo Furtado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Greg Drysdale was substituted for Nathaniel Burnett. The supporters of Imbituba - FSCMZ booed when America FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, America FC's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Pimenta came free, but Gildo Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Válbson Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gildo Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute Válbson Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gildo Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gildo Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Pimenta in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Rolando Gaspard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gildo Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Pimenta in the 88th minute of play. Gildo Furtado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Válbson Pimenta went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. America FC's Gildo Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luís Fonseca in the 93rd minute of play. Gildo Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Pimenta in the 94th minute of the match.
