With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umberto Cruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lui Vandré sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 4th minute Lui Vandré shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lui Vandré scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Umberto Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Umberto Cruz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lui Vandré went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Lui Vandré had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Lui Vandré sped through C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Umberto Cruz. Umberto Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lui Vandré's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Lui Vandré cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Umberto Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lui Vandré succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. The audience was convinced that Lui Vandré's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Umberto Cruz was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Umberto Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lui Vandré's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After 37 minutes of play, Pura Arte F.C's Lui Vandré made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Umberto Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Umberto Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lui Vandré in the 41st minute of play. After 42 played minutes C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Enio Guerra. In the 45th minute, Lui Vandré ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Umberto Cruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lui Vandré to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Yan Prata could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Umberto Cruz however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Pura Arte F.C booed when C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieguinho dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lui Vandré might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Umberto Cruz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lui Vandré ran back to his position shaking his head. Lui Vandré could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Umberto Cruz made a huge save. If Lui Vandré had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lui Vandré got free with Umberto Cruz in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match Lui Vandré climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-9 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Umberto Cruz. In the 67th minute, Léo Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lui Vandré scored 0-11 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Umberto Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 83 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Umberto Cruz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lui Vandré. Lui Vandrés short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Umberto Cruz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lui Vandré sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Umberto Cruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. from getting a goal against them. After 88 minutes of play, Pura Arte F.C's Cosme Tristan made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Umberto Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lui Vandré blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Umberto Cruz having to make a save. After a rather tough play, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Tostão Borges got a free kick in the 94th minute. If Lui Vandré had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. Pura Arte F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
