If Oswaldo Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 3 minutes into the match, Oswaldo Jacinto notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Umberto Cruz. Umberto Cruz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th minute, Oswaldo Jacinto made a precise shot to the right of Umberto Cruz. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Oswaldo Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Altino Vale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Umberto Cruz having to make a save. Dieguinho dos Santos charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dieguinho dos Santos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of A.D.PADRE MIGUEL booed when C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieguinho dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umberto Cruz came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Oswaldo Jacinto. But to his dismay, Oswaldo Jacinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 22nd minute, Altino Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D.PADRE MIGUEL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Altino Vale sped through C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Umberto Cruz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Altino Vale in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umberto Cruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Altino Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Umberto Cruz was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. The A.D.PADRE MIGUEL fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Altino Vale looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 39th match minute, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute of the match Altino Vale sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Umberto Cruz skillfully saved the ball. 41 minutes into the game, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Oswaldo Jacinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Umberto Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. After 45th play minutes Oswaldo Jacinto shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Umberto Cruz and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 49th minute of the match Altino Vale sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Umberto Cruz skillfully saved the ball. After the first half A.D.PADRE MIGUEL were leading 0-9. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Altino Vale stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oswaldo Jacinto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Umberto Cruz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Altino Vale took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Umberto Cruz to make any attempt to save it. Altino Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 0-12 when Altino Vale sped through C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Umberto Cruz. 75 minutes into the game, Altino Vale recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Umberto Cruz. Altino Vale showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-14. In the 81st minute of the match, Altino Vale tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Umberto Cruz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 83 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Walmyr Novaes came free, but Umberto Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Umberto Cruz came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's Altino Vale. But to his dismay, Altino Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. Umberto Cruz was a little too slow when Altino Vale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-17. In the 97th minute, Altino Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over A.D.PADRE MIGUEL could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. throughout the match.
