After 5 played minutes Locomotiva grena got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Albuquerque. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucca Gol got free with Dorian Machado in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chaman Do Bonde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jano Mattos in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Lucca Gol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dorian Machado. Lucca Gol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 12th minute, Osvaldo Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Pedro Luís Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chaman Do Bonde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Monumento Sports's Axel Witsel got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Davi Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monumento Sports's Davi Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Monumento Sports booed when Locomotiva grena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Paulista didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Lucca Gol put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dorian Machado. Dorian Machado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucca Gol in the 35th minute. If Osvaldo Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. Chaman Do Bonde was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucca Gol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Machado having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Davi Vianna made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucca Gol in the 52nd minute of play forced Locomotiva grena's goalkeeper Dorian Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucca Gol struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Dorian Machado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monumento Sports. After some careless play in the Locomotiva grena defense, Davi Vianna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorian Machado. The Locomotiva grena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorian Machado should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Arlindo Barral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorian Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucca Gol in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Locomotiva grena's goalkeeper Dorian Machado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dorian Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucca Gol in the 69th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Locomotiva grena's goal looked a bit too open when Davi Vianna came free, but Dorian Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monumento Sports's Dé Gomes was substituted for Elias Olenberg. Monumento Sports made a substitution. Henrique Magalhães replaced Lucca Gol. The supporters of Locomotiva grena booed when Monumento Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Olenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrique Magalhães might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorian Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrique Magalhães ran back to his position shaking his head. Locomotiva grena's Dorian Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Magalhães in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Henrique Magalhães ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorian Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The Monumento Sports fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Monumento Sports's Henrique Magalhães looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 94th minute, Henrique Magalhães left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monumento Sports fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Monumento Sports's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
