Fábio Pinheiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 程笑斐 went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, Guarani Futebol Clube's Ferenc Puskás sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fábio Pinheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. He walked away shaking his head. In the 26thth minute of the game Ferenc Puskás who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gremio NG's Fábio Pinheiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 27 minutes of play, Guarani Futebol Clube's Ferenc Puskás made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fábio Pinheiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 30 in the game by Júnior Quintana from a close distance when the talented Adalberto de Moraes managed to make a qualified save. Guarani Futebol Clube's players were relieved. If Ferenc Puskás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute Orhun Taran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adalberto de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Adalberto de Moraes had great luck who in the 36thth minute grab hold of the ball when Dino do Vale from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Júnior Quintana to strike the kick off in the second half. Guarani Futebol Clube's Adalberto de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júnior Quintana in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Guarani Futebol Clube booed when Gremio NG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renatinho Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adalberto de Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Dino do Vale charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dino do Vale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With his leg Fábio Pinheiro managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Guarani Futebol Clube's Ferenc Puskás fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Guarani Futebol Clube eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
