Flamengo CIMZ's Édouard Mendy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Velloso in the 21st minute of play. Isaltino Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Frichoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 28 played minutes Flamengo CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Osowski. Diguinho Teles in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. A nice corner shot did that André Barros got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isaltino Couto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Flamengo CIMZ booed when Danone CC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanni de Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jack Black might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaltino Couto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jack Black ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Trigo got free with Isaltino Couto in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaltino Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopoldo Trigo's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Alfred Kiszkiel might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaltino Couto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfred Kiszkiel ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfred Kiszkiel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Isaltino Couto firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 76th match minute, Danone CC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Silva to maneuver through the defense. Danone CC made a substitution. Samuel McQuarrie replaced Fausto Senna. Álvaro Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Flamengo CIMZ's 顾升常 was substituted for Jack Black. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isaltino Couto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Maurício Rodrigues took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Édouard Mendy. Édouard Mendy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Maurício Rodrigues blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Édouard Mendy having to make a save. Édouard Mendy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute, Samuel McQuarrie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Danone CC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Danone CC fully deserved thier win.
