Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The crowd rose to their feet as Danone CC's Jeremias Velloso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Carlos Lucas. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. Isaltino Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Gernando Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Gernando Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaltino Couto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fortunato Froněk kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Diguinho Teles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. João Carlos Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enéas Carneiro succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. In the 27th minute Los Andes FC - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Arjen Robben went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Arjen Robben to fire away a dangerous shot which Isaltino Couto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 28th minute Gernando Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaltino Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danone CC's Isaltino Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 30th minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Danone CC's goalkeeper Isaltino Couto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Danone CC's Geovanni de Alcântara got a free kick in the 36th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Gernando Azevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaltino Couto. Danone CC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gernando Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diguinho Teles was the one to do the kick off. Isaltino Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 53rd minute of play. If Gernando Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isaltino Couto came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo. But to his dismay, Gernando Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The audience was convinced that Gernando Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaltino Couto was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. A collision led to Los Andes FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Andolín Dijk hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Maurício Rodrigues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isaltino Couto. Isaltino Couto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Danone CC's Isaltino Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Azevedo in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaltino Couto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ made a substitution. Gabriel Recife replaced Gernando Azevedo. In the 82nd minute, Samuel McQuarrie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Danone CC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. After a defensive mix-up in Danone CC's zone, Gabriel Recife stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaltino Couto came out of the goal and Gabriel Recife tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Recife in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaltino Couto saved Danone CC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Recife kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Isaltino Couto. That made the score 3-5 in the 92 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
