Karl Martin Bell Burnell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jânio Donatello in the 16th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Ali Kürşat Aurelio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl Martin Bell Burnell. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Cris Gol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Kristiyan Pirkov managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Raúl Palomar in the 22 minute of the game. When Lisandro Beltxe came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Desportiva Paulo Afonso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Beltxe couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Desportiva Paulo Afonso's goal looked a bit too open when Lam Baril came free, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willem-Jan Van Hinnendael made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Asrın Dirsehan. Karl Martin Bell Burnell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from António Sobral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Pernambucano came free, but Octavian Jähnigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Predador Brasiliense MZBR's António Sobral slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl Martin Bell Burnell. That made the score 2-0 after 45 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gernando Pernambucano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Predador Brasiliense MZBR booed when Desportiva Paulo Afonso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rashad Bartlett didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute Predador Brasiliense MZBR were awarded a corner. Jânio Donatello went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lam Baril in the 61st minute of play forced Desportiva Paulo Afonso's goalkeeper Karl Martin Bell Burnell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavian Jähnigen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Beltxe in the 65th minute of play. Desportiva Paulo Afonso made a substitution. Fabinho Cabral replaced Kristiyan Pirkov. Predador Brasiliense MZBR made a substitution. Pedrinho Salgado replaced Asrın Dirsehan. Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Arí Mello was substituted for Eduard Iacobescu. After 67 minutes Predador Brasiliense MZBR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Åke Hellström who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Åke Hellström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Octavian Jähnigen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Karl Martin Bell Burnell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lam Baril in the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lam Baril in the 71st minute of play forced Desportiva Paulo Afonso's goalkeeper Karl Martin Bell Burnell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, António Sobral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl Martin Bell Burnell. Desportiva Paulo Afonso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that António Sobral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers António Sobral in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl Martin Bell Burnell saved Desportiva Paulo Afonso from getting behind. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Octavian Jähnigen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Beltxe in the 85th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Tony Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jânio Donatello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Karl Martin Bell Burnell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Desportiva Paulo Afonso players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Predador Brasiliense MZBR.
