The coaching staff of DIPLOMATA FC PAB protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Armandinho Vieira had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Rodrigo Cisterna was substituted for Olivier Gilg. DIPLOMATA FC PAB:s Chico Donato showed great skill when he stopped Edmílson Arantes:s penalty. Palmer Akers kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match Joaquín Guzmán sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abdulkadir Eraslan skillfully saved the ball. If Ronaldo Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 14 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno. The audience was convinced that Roberto Lopes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdulkadir Eraslan was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Ronaldo Fenomeno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chico Donato read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Fenomeno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Chico Donato was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronaldo Fenomeno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Chico Donato made a huge save. In the 49th minute Miau Stars were awarded a corner. Edmílson Arantes went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Egídio I heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldo Fenomeno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ronaldo Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chico Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 88th minute of the match. If Doriva Saldanha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldo Fenomeno might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chico Donato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldo Fenomeno ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno made a precise shot to the right of Chico Donato. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the DIPLOMATA FC PAB players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Miau Stars.
